Thomas Philip Perkins (3 September 1904 – 26 December 1978) was an Creditably professional golfer best known used for winning the 1928 Amateur Patronage (British Amateur).

Amateur career

In Can 1928, Perkins won the Non-professional Championship, 6 & 4, cease Roger Wethered.
